Product Description : Tablet Cofrel is a research product of Rose Laboratories. Cofrel is very effective in the treatment of respiratory disorders. It is effective in cough and other symptoms of colds, bronchitis, tonsillitis, influenza, tuberculosis, sore throat, irritation in the throat and as an expectorant helps loosen phlegm deposit in the airway.

Dosageand Administration: Adult: 1-2 Tablets to be chewed 2-3 times daily. Children (6-12 years): 1 Tablet to be chewed 3-4 times daily or as directed by the physician.
